Saint Hilarion offers a continuum of aged care services comprising social programs, community care for Home Care Package recipients, respite services, and residential ageing in-place. We plan and implement care to maximise health and wellbeing, taking into account individual requirements and preferences. We encourage care recipients to play an active part in meeting physical, mental, spiritual, and cultural needs. We actively communicate appropriate information to assist our care recipients and their families to make informed choices that meet personal needs. Consistent with this, we encourage a regular and open dialogue between our care recipients, their families, our staff, volunteers, and management team.

To ensure you are provided with the best possible care we employ a qualified, multi-disciplinary team of professionals including but not limited to:

• Allied Health Professionals
• Clinicians
