Overview of services
Saint Hilarion is able to offer our elderly community a continuum of aged care services, comprising of community care (or at home care), respite services, and residential ageing in place services. Our services also include two high dependency dementia units offering 35 places in total.
Our nursing staff plan and implement care programs to maximise the health and well being of people receiving Saint Hilarion services, taking into account each individual's particular requirements and preferences. We encourage our care recipients to play an active part in meeting their physical, mental, spiritual and cultural needs, and we pride ourselves on providing a safe, pleasant home in a loving Christian environment.
We assist each individual to retain their independence with respect to rights, dignity and privacy, and encourage our care recipients to participate in the planned social and physical activities of their choice.
We actively communicate appropriate information to assist our clients and their families to make informed choices that meet personal needs. Consistent with this, we encourage a regular and open dialogue between our care recipients, their families, our staff, volunteers and management team.
We continually review and maintain our Quality Assurance Systems and Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare, undertake internal and external audits to promote continuous improvement and to maintain personalised quality services and the safety of our care recipients/all stakeholders.
